RESOURCES
I love to recommend products to my audience I think will align with their hearts and goals.
As LGBTQIA+ and Trans people it can be hard to to self-express, to feel good in our owns bodies, to find community, make friends, and find inspiring role models. All of my recommendations are suggested with these goals in mind. As a Transmasculine person myself, I also love to share resources that have helped bring joy and fulfillment into my own life despite the challenges of being LGBTQIA+ — travel products, resources to start my own brand, apparel to promote inspiring role models.
Below you will find a variety of recommendations that support self-expression, travel, and much more! As a full disclosure, I get a small commission for recommending these products at zero cost to you. I only ever recommend products I have personal experience with and I hope my audience will love as much as I do. Please do not buy these products unless you think they will help you achieve your goals.
Happy browsing!

Ruth Sent Me T-Shirt
“I love this shirt! Ruth Bader Ginsburg (the infamous “RBG”!) is an inspiring role model of someone who fought tirelessly for LGBTQ and minority rights. That is why I wore this shirt on the first ever episode of The Queer Carter Podcast.”

Support & Services
So you, can feel supported on your journey to greater joy.

“Talkspace offers online therapy services and was very helpful to me when I was first coming out in 2014 as a gay person and falling in love with another LGBTQ person at the time. Because the therapist was online and accessible to message around the clock, I was able to engage when I needed to, and how I needed to, to feel supported in my coming out journey. I experienced going from angst and pain to greater self-love and joy.”

“I’ve been asked several times about my experience walking the El Camino de Santiago, a pilgrimage route across Spain. I’ve also been asked, “what should I bring?”
Below are some of my favorite recommendations!

Osprey Sirrus 34L Women's Hiking Backpack, Tunnel Vision Grey, One Size
“The Osprey Sirrus 34L Women’s Hiking Backpack was the perfect companion backpack for 177 mile hike I did on the El Camino de Santiago. Light weight but made to carry your essentials on your back. Note: these bags are fit to your personal body type so highly recommend getting fitted for one before purchasing!”
“A note for my listeners, being Transmasculine, I wasn’t a huge fan that the product states it is a “women’s” backpack but I rolled with it anyway ☺️ Please also know there are other options out there that are quality and maybe less expensive. This one I simply recommend because I had a great experience using it!”

Sea to Summit Drylite Towel, Lightweight Camping and Travel Towel
On the Camino you are walking all day long so having the instant dry towel to shower with each night and also dry quickly enough to not weigh me down each morning was essential. Likely great for any over night hiking, camping, or trekking!
